The efficiency one looks yummy for Channeling frames.  Extra snapshot hoop but sure I'll take it.

there's no time to notice it's activation then use it when it's unranked. Hit Cove/max rank and got one free.

max rank at least you get 4 seconds, unranked it feels like half a second.

Arcanes are known for being horrible until at least rank 2, nothing unusual here.

Why doesn't this surprise me in the least? "Bugged", yeah right.

It was obvious at first glance that the damage calculation was bugged. There's just no conceivable way an effect triggered by your shot would intentionally deal 100x the damage that said shot did

But haven't you heard? Nerfs are always bad regardless of context and Warframe will die because of them...

Also, just because something is not what you initially wanted, that does not make it bad. Even a fixed Seeker will be good, the battery allows for interesting synergies, and obviously the Warframe ability one will be great in some situations. Only one that looks 'bad' is the aimglide one.

I don't understand Pax Charge.. All the weapons have a magazine that reloads. What's a battery recharge?

Try out the Cycron if you want to know how it works. It has a battery rather than bullets, a short time after you stop firing (this is the recharge delay) it automatically starts filling up the battery over time. Since you can fire after it's only loaded a few charges, it may be useful with Synth Charge.

After looking into this a bit, the results are kinda...  less great than expected.  Catchmoon-Haymaker with a max reload loader is infinite ammo if your fire rate is bellow 1.48 (in other words, no lethal torrent). I'll look back into this if we get new loaders that fill the hole in the chart.

Of course, there is also Synth Charge, which is +200% damage for the last shot...  If you're willing to take a lower fire rate, you could get a huge damage increase.

A major factor is how fast Pax Charge recharges the gun.

But you can't equip PAX Arcanes on Cycron and there are no Kitguns like Cycron.. Gaze uses a magazine..

So what's PAX Charge actually do?

Pax Charge is an arcane you put on a kitgun to make it behave like a Cycron?

Okay.

There is one Primary (Flux Rifle), one Secondary (Cycron) and one weapon class (Arch-gun) that uses "battery".

A "battery" weapon doesn't have reserve ammo, nor can it reload normally. Instead, after a small delay (usually 1s) the ammo on the magazine starts recharging at a rate that depends on the weapon.

The Pax Charge arcane gives your kitgun the "battery" property and reduces the delay by a percentage.

So PAX Charge turns a Kitgun into a battery gun? (Thats good for unlimited ammo)

Does the +%Battery Charge from PAX Charge go off the initial Reload Speed?

It could be confusing building a Kitgun where magazine Reload Speed less is better Like say 0.9 reload speed is better than 2.0.

But with battery recharge, it could be mistaken that that more would be better to increase battery charge rate. There are no sources of info (In Game, which they need to do dammit) for Conversion of Reload and Recharge rate. Especially when building a Kitgun that includes PAX Charge.

And damn, that's pretty intricate.
