[Operator Fashion] Koppra Faulds Are Barely Compatible With Most Operator Costumes

I love Koppra Faulds, those are one of my favorite skirt type fashion pieces in the game.

Unfortunately, due to color placement, they look decently only with very few Operator chest pieces, which limits the mix and match potential. A few examples are under the spoiler:

Maybe make them colorable like Regalia and Syandanas?

I was about to make this exact thread. Lowering the Koppra's set primary color brightness so its individual pieces don't clash so much with those of other sets should be relatively easy, I think. Making the faulds colorable separately would also be cool, but probably more complex to implement.
