Titania and Arca Scisco

I just found that if I have Arca Scisco equiped and then I use Titania's 4th ability then my Dex Pixia will give the the targeting analysis buff. While doing an Ayatan recovery mission for Maroo, I noticed this just before leaving. I then started a new solo mission on Mariana, Earth to confirm it and took the following screenshot. I suspected that it might apply to all ability weapons so then tried again as Excalibur Umbra on Mariana, Earth but I did not get the buff while using the Exalted Blade. I would have tested it again as Mesa but I do not have that warframe yet.
