I hope you can help me, I already got the ban but I still can not enter to play, I did the steps that I send the support and even nothing I'm still banned. Has someone happened to him himself? Do you know how much time passes so you can enter?

espero me puedan ayudar, ya me levantaron el baneo pero aun no puedo ingresar a jugar, ya hice los pasos que me mando el support y aun nada sigo baneado. alguien le ha pasadomlo mismo ? saben cuanto timepo pasa para que pueda ingresar ?

They have minimal staff during weekends. You have to wait for a response during the week. even then it can take a long time depending on type of ban. You are stuck waiting.

Sending a support ticket doesn't remove the ban, support administrator does. Check out your ticket regularly, they will answer sooner or later. Don't expect to be unbanned if you were hacking or buying illegal platinum though.

Depends mostly on what you were doing. Is this a game ban you're referring to or a chat-ban?
