PoE loading spike

So everytime I load in to PoE from orbiter (not sure if gate load is the same) when the game fully load, before I actually get in it freeze for about 5s on a black screen before my game return to normal and displays poe (tldr screen freeze at the black screen between loading and actual game).

While this is fine solo, the lag spike is enough to have me disconnected from a squad loading from orbiter (whatever the correlation is, dont freaking know. It just happens). Whiiich is bad when I try to eidolon with a squad. Got that happening before.

Any suggestion to help this problem. AMA if it helps toward resolving this
