Find agents' bodies - bodies not always spawning

At first I thought it was me being blind, but it happened so many times that I'm paying close attention to how it goes now. In that mission where you need to find 4 bodies on the ground first, the bodies don't seem to spawn consistently. I would comb the area through and find nothing on the first pass, then leave the area and come back and suddenly find a body in a spot that I walked past more than once before, in an open area that's impossible to miss. Sometimes I can't get all the bodies to spawn no matter what. Something's fishy here.

Note that it happens in solo mode. From my limited tests, I suspect clients may not have this problem, but I didn't try enough times to tell for sure.

I've had the same issue, also only in solo.

In the meantime, I found out it happens if you arrive to the site on k-drive. Since that discovery, I've stopped using the k-drive during bounties and didn't encounter this problem again.
