Graphics Settings: GPU Particles and Particle Quality descriptions switched

As per the title, when lowering my laptop's settings so I can play Fortuna properly, I noticed that the descriptions of "Particle System Quality" and "GPU Particles" are switched. I'm unsure if this is intentional and my logic is wrong, but to me the option that "Determines the quality" should be the Quality option and the one that controls "The amount of particles" be the one that has a "Ludicrous" setting.

Not a big issue to users who know what the options do, but for people who aren't too familiar with graphical settings, might be worth taking a look into and swapping around.
