So why not have each have exclusive part blueprints for the others respective modular weapons? Fortuna would give us zaw parts with base electric and radiation and look like they're made from broken weapon or the tools the Solaris use. And cetus would gives use kitgun parts made from the scattered orokin tech found around cetus and maybe quills can give us sentient themed kitgun parts.
