Not picking up Fortuna specific resources from loot containers

I am very thankful that mining and fishing materials now drop from normal loot caches when out on the Orb Vallis, but mining materials aren't working. Fish parts work just fine, but when it prompts me at the bottom of the screen that I picked up whatever ore, I won't actually pick them up. I'll check the mission progress menu and it won't list them, even directly after I've picked them up.
