Help with Twitch Prime

I just started playing this game on Switch and remembered seeing something about Twitch Prime a while back. I linked my Twitch with my Nintendo account and I got the Prime Warframe but not the weapons. Am I missing something?

There is two separate options to redeem twitch prime loots for warframe, one is for the Trinity Warframe while the other is for the weapons. You might have redeemed only one. Check the list on twitch.

The same is happening to me I am not getting the guns but I did get the warframe. I did double check that I redeemed both and I did.

If Twitch does not mention all as claimed: contact Twitch Support.
If Twitch mentions all as claimed, but they haven't shown up in Warframe; log out, log back in. If the items haven't shown up; contact Warframe Support. Keep in mind that it can take 2-3 weeks for your support ticket to be processed.
