Frost or Trinity Prime

Do you guys think there is an obvious choice here for which warframe to use? They're my only ones but I want to choose the best ones.

Apple and Orange. Both are highly useful, preferably, Frost as defender, Trin as healer, keep both for different missions.

2 completely diferent frames for diferent missions. If you have any questions then go watch some youtube tutorials.

I would use Frost for Fortuna bounties (lots of point defense)  and Trinity with everything group related. Everyone loves a good Trin in the group.

If you can raise only 1 frame and you always run with PUGS go for Trin. If you are often solo or do missions go for Frost. If you go with Trin make 

sure to read all the guides about her to avoid errors, people will depend on you.

Im gonna say frost really excellent frame if you wanna have a pretty easy time in a lot of mission if you mod him right. Very versatile frame for teams and solo.
