Saryn, both my fav and main. Loved her look before I got her, once I started playing her she turned out to be insanely good and fun.

So ye now I play her whenever I get the chance. In my overall she´s my most played warframe with almost 30% of my in game time spent on her.

As for weapon, I would say Ignis due to how easy the job of popping spores become, but I play her with literally everything.

My main has to be Chroma. I joined warframe when Update 16 landed and he was just released. I loved how he looked. Bought him with plat (without a discount coupon mind you XD) and this bad boy and his drac helmet carried me through everything. Fast forward 3 years and the guy has 7 forma, the deluxe skin and a bunch more tennogen stuff. Then Chroma Prime came, and I consider it like some kind of evolution dealie where so much fighting and stuff powered my big drago boy up. There's no other frame that I like more than my Chroma.

What frame is you most favorite frame or your main frame and why?.

Tell us what kind of weapon you use for your frame and build it will help me and other:)

Favorite frame is Gara. I find her defensive abilities to be better than Frost as long as I don't have to cope with a speed Nova on my team, in which case I can just detonate the wall and kill everything in the room.

I main an Ash though, since Gara in most missions isn't great if I don't have adequate setup time.

Weapons I use either a Dread or a Corinth, both built for crit with the Corinth's explosive shot for CC. Combo this with a fast firing secondary, preferably with status in mind. Melee, is really anything, Galatine to Orthos, Skiajati to Orvius.

Oberon is a part of my soul.

He's the frame I take when I don't want to think about what layout I should pick.

I generally go for a Renewal Build with umbral mods, always a good choice for everything except maybe Spy and Excavation missions.

He's good at everything and I love his fashion (I turned mine to look like a capra demon, so he's edgy AF).

My new discovery is Nidus, that I would had never played if it wasn't for the Phryke skin... I gave him a flesh and bones look and I just love him.

Not very suitable for pick up groups but I don't care.

I used to use a lot more Atlas in the past, but somehow the rework made him less interesting in my eyes.

He's objectively better than what he was, but maybe I was expecting more?

Weapons are Kogake Prime and Twin Basolk, the latter being my personal new discovery. I love when melee weps implement niche mechanics and the Twin Basolk with their Rift Strike are just gold for me.

Kogake have their niche too, being able to proc finishers with heavy attacks... Even when if it's been nerfed with the recent changes to momentum while using melee. Makes me feel like I'm pulling actual throws like in a real action game (the supplex on quadrupeds enemy?)

Primary and secondary are not my cup of tea but I do enjoy Cernor Prime, Ferrox and Staticor.

I have a really hard time playing anything BUT Oberon (Prime) at this point.  I even made my Operator male (I'm female), and my headcanon is that his name is Oberon.

I've built him for unending energy, because I really do like all of his skills and I'd rather use them than the weapons.  For weapons:  ranged, I'm partial to bows, so I put Cernos Prime on him for multishot as he's closing on targets.  Mostly I melee with him with Orthos Prime.

Now I just really need to learn how to play Titania, his queen.  (And keep waiting for Titania Prime.)

Atlas.

I run a hunter adrenaline, high armor build.

Because petrify prevents status I run Shaku the impact nunchuk, with shattering impact. Shattering impact strips armor regardless.

Shaku with range and heavy damage, prime mods galore.

I use Rubico Prime to act as a strength booster for Heminth Charger allows it to hit 150k on enemies effected by slash. Heavy cc.

I don't have a permanent secondary yet, but Prisma Gremlins likely will be,  high slash and status, it should be capable of just as much as hunter munitions.

Just using my Shaku I can often out dps the Arca Plasmor players.

For me my main is Nekros. I've always loved Summoner/Necromancer playstyles and Nekros fits it pretty dang well! I pair him with a Plague Zaw (Status mostly) but mostly I've been using the new Kitguns and it's been working wonders for my build.

You know: writing this and thinking of how I play Nekros makes me think of the Diablo 2 Necromancer and how close I play to him, ha.

Shadows = Skeletons.

Companion (Raksa or MOA) = Golem.

Harrow Specter = Hireling.

To me it's kinda funny. But yeah Nekros is for sure my go to frame!

Does Harrow specter buff and heal often?  I just can't get away from Nidus his power strength buff and crowd control is just off the charts.

#5 Atlas - He's the preferred tank of my group. Durable and powerful, and his abilities are designed to help him improve both of those traits through active combat. He also has decent crowd control and area denial capability to further help him handle whatever comes his way.

Might be the last of your top 5 but glad to see someone else who likes Atlas.

Can't wait for Atlas & Shaku Prime...  Even if they release with separate dates.

Saryn prime.

Good survivability? Check. Good single target damage? Check. Great AoE? Check. Can make weapon grinding easier? Check.

I use the Tibber prime, Akstil prime and Nikana prime.

The tibber and akstil have always been swapping around in my kits, I want something with good single target but enough to deal with multiple enemies so I picked tibber. Akstil was part of my corrosive setup but that's kinda baked in now so that's looking for a swap but I can't find anything quite as satisfying as unleashing a hellstorm of bullets from the hip.

Nikana because sentimental value. (First prime frame, first prime melee)

Harrow? He's pretty consistent if you want something a bit supportive that isn't a Trinity Specter.

He casts Penance pretty often usually straight after Condemn and his healing is pretty nice though I'm not sure if the Penance's heal affects Shadows, but I'm pretty sure it effects Companions.

Plus his energy restore on kill is pretty great since he's always going after headshots.

Personally I think he's great! Couple him with a Tenora or a Zarr and he's sorted!

Nidus, better general purpose frame than Excal and Umbral Nidus is hilariously unkillable until you reach Endurance levels of arbitrarily dumb difficulty if you forget how to 3 and 4.   The infested nature of Nidus and his regeneration are also why I like him.

Inaros just being Inaros is why he's my runner up.  Adaptation Umbral Inaros can't die unless you try to kill yourself.

Frames: LokiP for general missions. RhinoP for Tridolon atm (need to max out one more mod to switch to ChromaP);

Weapons: general setup - Lenz - big damage, a bit of "meh" cc with guaranteed cold proc, LexP - reliable long range crit sidearm, GalatineP - Tempo Royale+Blood Rush+Drifting Contact+Weeping Wounds = if something survives the initial hit - it will melt from slash procs wihin seconds. Or whatever I'm leveling/releveling (Battacor and Ocucor atm, next is Baza)

Eidolon setup - Lanka (no competition here), secondary is irrelevant, Melee - atm Sarpa with Shattering Impact to strip armor from Eidolons, will switch to Cerata when ChromaP is ready for self damage activation of Vex Armor buffs.

Up till focus rework, my fav since im still a mr 12 player is frost, build for max range for avalanche spamming.. for his weapon, it’s rakta cernos for its syndicate proc.. if you feel difficult to shot a moving target with bow, how about make them freeze in place and you got a static target? press 4 to freeze, shoot, got energy, repeat the process..

Right now my fav is mag with prisma twin gremlins as her weapon and nekros with catchmoon kit gun (i used him a lot since fortuna drops)

Rhino Prime with Iron Shrapnel, he's like... i can't think other frame to go when something serious comes, like Sorties, ESO, he's my Warframe, love him to my heart, and the Warframe i choose at the start of my adventure was Excalibur wich i didn't deleted or sell, he's still with me, but, Rhino/Rhino Prime, my most beloved Warframe... in Spy missions is other story, i choose Loki Prime to farm Ivara, and since then... she just become my little girl, my lovely Warframe Waifü... she's gonna' be the only one that when Ivara Primes comes or even Ivara Umbra arrive, the original one, Ivara normal don't gonna' be deleted or sell, she will stay with me... she just make the lasers and traps child's play, except the puzzle that we have to resolve, wich can be easily resolved with Ciphers.

Weapons... ?

Primary, i would say Tigris Prime, i have such brutality of weapon with Radiation & Viral and 100 %, and... she hits like a HAMMER.

Seconday, Asktiletto Prime... for me the best secondary weapon, i have others, but... love it!!

Melee is more... Galatine Prime, Orthos Prime, Dual Kamas Prime... those are my favorites.

Volt Prime.

One of the most underrated frames imo. And one of the best and most balanced frames. Reason why- because he is good with everything, at everything, on any type on mission, on any content, on any map. He has many different builds vs some frames who are locked in one "meta build". He is the most versatile frame in the game. He is the only frame I feel like 3 slots any not enough for his builds.

1. ESO/Defense Team runs? - Discharge build with Capacitance. Map Stun + AOE dps + overshields for whole team. The smaller map with more enemies - the more insane Discharge is.

2. Solo ESO/Defense - Discharge build with Vitality + Capacitance for a lot of AOE damage + constant overshields + map clearing. Dire situation? Camp some spot behind shield for a while.

3. Solo/Team endless runs (MOT or not)? - No problem, Transistor Shield build with Vigorous Swap and Torid/Zarr as primary with Pox/Zakti in secondary + 1000 consistent bonus BASE damage to weapons  (also counting towards damage for example from Torid gas cloud) from shield + 165% bonus from swaps + x2.0 crit multi and you can sit whole day on solo endless missions with insane amount of damage done making him great weapon specialist when it comes to defense. Each shield also stack additional electric damage to weapons + his Speed gives you reload bonus. With Volt you can no problem go to like 3k level enemies on solo. Also his shield protects you against your own explosive weapons.

4. Capture/Rescue/Assassination?  - Speed build, do it fast, no reason to waste time on those missions. Slap Shocking Speed and whole team breeze through enemies no problem. You can also just grab your shield in front of you to further no give a dam. Tip: sliding attacks will allow you to move through map faster than with sprint if you have high attack speed weapon (like Lesion).

5. Boss Battles? Indestructible shield is always good to block anything or revive. Need to revive/hack in the middle of enemy fire? Put down your shield, do your job.

6. You like to melee? Volt is one of best melee frames. Slap max Power Strength for insane attack speed bonus + Shocking Speed so you will AOE stun all enemies around you when you do melee, giving you huge defense boost when you dive with melee in the middle of enemy group as they will just stand stunned around you. Shocking Speed also works great with Condition Overload as it counts as another status. The attack speed on 250-280% power with something like Lesion + Berserker is so stupidly fast you just melt enemies while they are shocked (literally) in front of you. Use fast hitting melees. He will make even Gram P look like rapier.

7. Plains/Open Maps? Slap melee build with Transistor Shield mod instead of Shocking Speed, good sniper rifle + hitscan secondaries and you can just put down your shield and click enemies around objective and laugh at their hit scan weapons as they amp your sniper rifle. Making him great sniper frame for open maps as he is not only invincible behind shield but also enemis amp his damage when shooting at you. Bombardment? Put another shield above you.

8. Eidolon hunting? - we all now how great Volt is on that with his Shields and their bonus electric and crit damage when it comes to stripping Eidolon shields. Can also block all damage because shields can't be destroyed.

Some other funny stuff with Volt: Melee build, put down shield, grab it (smaller shield in front of you now)- go into melee with whatever you want. You have invincible shield in front of you that will block any range/splash damage as you will melee everything no problem. Laugh at group of heavy gunners trying to shoot you when you have your invincible shield in front. It does cost energy but if you already have maxed out E.Dash or/plus Trinity you can run around with your shield up and melee all enemies.

Full speed build with Shocking Speed and grabbed shield: Shocking Speed stun enemies and Shield when sprinting knockdowns them. To run into group of enemies, stun them, knock them down, ciu ciu, you are train now 😄

Some weapons have toxic and you want corrosive? Good, if you use this weapon on defense- just shot from behind shield, which will give it electric to create corrosive. No need to waste mod slot if not needed. Heat weapon? Now you have radiation element!

Also tip for melee- you attack speed will be so insane that all you need to heal yourself is rank 0 Life Strike - 5% of your insane attacks per second is enough to heal you almost instantly with one short press on channeling button. Don't level that mod more- not needed with so many attacks. Do level it however if you use slow attack/high damage melee.

In the middle of reload and enemies in front of you? Use Shock to stun them while you reload and click their heads.

Is the Volt best defensive frame in game? No

Is Volt the best melee frame in game? No

Is Volt best weapon specialist in game? No

Is Volt fastest frame in game? Yes and No. Yes when solo buff.

Is Volt the best CC frame in game? No

Is Volt best AOE nuker in game? No

But does Volt have everything above on high but not the best level? Yes!

He is the only frame who brings everything in one package.

My only grip with Volt: wish his Shock would do something else at end-game then just panic-stun enemies when you reload.

I think each frame has a job to do. I used to main one over the other, but I find myself playing with more frames for different tilesets, and instances.

But if I have to choose:

Saryn Prime, Nezha, Rhino Prime, Garuda

Weapons and Sentinels:

Ignis Wraith, Prisma Twin Grimlins, Destreza Prime, and a Kavat or other companion.
