[Nintendo Switch] Aiming feels off

Hi,

First let me express how I'm impressed by the quality of the game. It's mindblowing to play Warframe on this hardware. In this day and age of big let downs, thanks a lot for your work !!

But I have a huge issue with this version of the game : aiming.

I'm playing exclusively in handheld mode, and I just can't find a sensitivity setting that makes aiming as good and easy as it does on PS4.

I'm no expert but it seems to me as there's a huge deadzone on the right stick, and no "deadzone" setting in options...I've seen others complaining about input lag, could be that too.

Any other experienced console player have met this issue ?

Try enabling motion controls.  That really helped me.  I have the sensitivity set to 8 on all three settings to keep it consistent.

I tried that too but I hate having to tilt the console to aim...but I'll try again with 8 on all settings.

My solution for aiming is quick scoping all the time. Use the look around R stick and then L1 in to quickly adjust.

I haven't tried it yet, but I've ordered some thumbsticks off Amazon. It should, (in theory,) make it feel like I'm playing on PS4 analogue sticks again. I'm hoping this resolves the issue, as I too, am having troubles with aiming like yourself.

same here, cant aim at all. this will be a serious issue when we are fighting lvl 100+ enemies. 

 

think for now i will stick to the ps4 version which is a shame

Surprisingly enough, lowering the sensitivy a lot on all the sliders make things a lot better ! Around 10 does it for me ! I'm having fun again ! 😄
