NocheLuz Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 I've already confirm on my end. The error is by ISP and/or the connection in Asia. Since I'm using mobile network to connected to the internet (and games). If I got an error, I'll just disable and re-enable the mobile data on my phone. Sometime it's work, sometime it isn't. Have you checked everything on your end or tried to contact support? It will take them time to process your ticket though, be patient.
