my donload speed is so slow and my normal download speed is more then 10 mb/s and is less then a 1mb/s

2) We don't know what Support said

if you mean patches and new content etc you can try turning on "aggressive download" option from launcher (if it's off) but it didn't help me, DE's side usually can't handle traffic even when you have a smooth connection depending on server traffic your speed might seem like an old dial-up connection

In my experience this has usually been the case as soon as an update hits, but a few hours later it's usually smooth (for me). On a day like today, when there hasn't been an update and the last update was a few days ago, there shouldn't be an issue on DE's side. Of course for us it's hard to tell when someone complains, since it could easily be them / their ISP / etc.

true, well said, it's best to do a pathping to google or some place and a speedtest to see if there's anything unusual, if there are no hotfixes patches etc
