I am was banned because I have a negative platinum balance.What should i do?Can i fix it?

You can't. You should send a letter to support with the info of the person you traded with who gave you the 'fake plat' so that person will get banned, but that won't fix anything sadly

You can try DE Support, but they'll probably just say that you should have (somehow) known that the person you were trading with had their platinum illegitimately.

They'll really want you to buy the platinum to get you out of the negatives... it's a very "blame the victim" approach DE has taken with this.

235 platinum in a negative balance. The pack will give 300 platinum

You should then be 65 in the positive. But check back with support in any case. you can get back your sold items if you have proof

Make sure that you are ok with that.

if you didn’t do anything wrong and you are in fact a victim, you shouldn’t be paying the captures to release you from hostage ..

I’ve read that a steam purchase doesn’t fix this because you’re unable to login far enough to claim your steam pack.
