Problem on platinum purchase.

Hey guys, i'm a new player and bought the package with 4300 platinum + rare mods with the 75% discount. The problem is i still haven't received it and don't know where i can try to contact the support to help me solve the problem. I paid it with Boleto, which can take 3 days to proccess the payment. I'm on the 4th day and still waiting for it to confirm. 

Any helps with where to contact support or what to do is appreciated.

From the official site. I have all the informations of the purchase and the payment tickets if they need it to check.

Edit: I'm a PC player if that makes any difference too.
