How do you find requests you sent to customer support?

So i sent a few tickets to the customer support but i can't figure how to find and open the requests i sent to see if i got a response, can anyone help here? I might just be stupid tbh

I believe you can check your support tickets by selecting the My Activities from the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the same page you go to create your tickets.
