About Spektaka Items Not On Switch

I was kind of bummed out learning that the Spektaka Liset livery doesn't transfer over, was easily my favorite Liset skin. From my understanding it was available on the other consoles so I'm kind of confused about its exclusion, though perhaps it was only obtainable in the first place through account linking and redeeming it fresh on your preferred platform, with the act of actual account migration being what nixes it, but I'm not sure. I'm also confused as to what makes it economy impacting. Sorry in advance, forgive me for my ignorance with all of this stuff.

This is why we need a universal account connection here on Warframe. 

Connect one of each console and they all get the unique item tied to your account. 

I really do think I should be able to transfer my 2018 Tennocon Armor and Twitch goodies at thre very least. - from console to console.
