Head Tracking in melee animations bug

This is offputting.

So, I haven't played a lot in a while so I just noticed this now.
Basically the head is constantly looking at where you are aiming at, regardless of animation so it makes spinning animations look very absurd.

Fix? I guess they'll address this next year with melee 3.0. But for now, crazy necks for everyone. (or just me idk)
