Holster reloading breaks using operator as a client, easy to replicate.

All mods that reload weapon while it is holstered break when switching to operator as a client (not host).
Example: if you have 40 ammo magazine and you have 27 left and switch to operator and back the weapon will then only load up to 27 when holstered not any more even though max magazine is 40 and you have ammo.
Switching to operator with maximum magazine after regular reload sets holster reloading back to maximum.
This is a bug that only affects clients not host.
