Mods not working

So revenants base health is 75 and I add vitality with 400 percent and it goes up to 175 my Shields go from 168 to 348 with 320 percent armor goes from 105 to 189 with 80 percent and this is happening with all my frames does anyone have a solution or a way I can contact DE

105 * 1.8 = 189

Unequip your Dragon Keys 😛

BTW, base stats are what you have when unranked.
The Rank Up bonus stats (as seen in the Upgrade screen) are separate and unaffected by Mods like Vitality & co.
