Orb Vallis Random Blackout glitch

So this Happened.

 

Was with a mate and we had just captured a kubrodon. My screen went completely black and i wasn't able to do anything. Returned to Fortuna and nothing was fixed. Had to exit out from game

I have no clue how it happened or what is going on. But some help would be appreciated in getting this fixed

This happen to me aswell but on a mission on Neptune for Syndicate yesterday. When i was in the water with my archwing i was sent up in the air and all went black. Could still hear my archwing but could not see anything so i had to abort the mission.
