Bug with the Lech Kril mission

There is a bug I just encountered during the Lech Kril boss fight where after hitting him when he is frozen, he stays immune and I can't hit the coolant tank on his back, despite it appearing orange. Don't know whether this is new or not, but I thought it was important to let other Nintenno (and DE) know about this.

Just had my own issues with Lech Kril but it was in the dual fight with Vor. Vor went down easy enough but the 4 of us could never push phases on Kril. After about 15min and 3 Prosecutors the host left and we all reloaded. 2 of us ultimately stayed. We downed Kril in about 2 minutes. However, once dead Lotus never offered extraction. In the end we failed the mission and got no rewards.
