Vigorous Swap stops working until death

If you swap to a non-weapon item (tested with codex scanner and mining laser) and swap back to a weapon the vigorous swap procs ones and then stop proccing at all until your character dies and self-respawns. If you run out of the map boundaries and gets teleported back or if other players revive you - the glitch persists.

 

100% reproducible. Steps:

1. Swap to a codex scanner.

2. Swap to a weapon. Observe one instance of the buff.

3. Swap to any other weapon. The buff won't proc any more.

I noticed some weird things with the Vigorous Swap mod and tested some things today. I did this testing on PC in Orb Vallis solo, popping in and out of Fortuna to reset the bugs.

Vigorous Swap/Conservation Tranq Rifle bug (is this an exploit?): 

The swapped Tranq Rifle can proc this buff and the Vigorous Swap buff makes 1 Tranq Rifle shot count as 2 Tranq Rifle shots. Kubrodon/Horrasque (normally 2 shots) take 1 buffed shot. Stover (normally 3 shots) takes 1 buffed shot plus 1 normal.

Disable Vigorous Swap buff bug #1: 

A Synthesis Scanner swapped out of the gear will proc this buff after a strange 2.5 second delay. It is safe to swap the Synthesis Scanner back into the inventory AFTER the 2.5 second delayed buff shows up. If the Synthesis Scanner is swapped back into the gear BEFORE the "strange 2.5 second delay" buff shows up, future Vigorous Swap buffs are disabled from proccing.

Disable Vigorous Swap buff bug #2: 

If you have the Sunpoint Plasma Drill on a hotkey, you can swap it very quickly. It can safely proc the buff if the Drill is swapped slow enough to be seen held in the Warframe's hand. If the Drill is swapped in and out very quickly (hotkey probably needed) and you don't see the Drill held at all, future Vigorous Swap buffs are disabled from proccing.

Disable Vigorous Swap buff bug #3: 

While the Stunna Fishing Spear is taken out and held, if the player SPECIFICALLY unequips the spear by clicking the spear in the gear wheel (or uses the hotkey for the Stunna Fishing Spear gear slot) then future Vigorous Swap buffs are disabled from proccing. Bug wouldn't happen if the spear is swapped by hitting the key for gun swapping or melee swapping.

Disable Vigorous Swap buff bug #4:

If the Stunna Fishing Spear is taken out and the player swaps to the Shockprod Fishing Spear (holding 1 to get the Fishing Spear menu and clicking the Shockprod Fishing Spear) then future Vigorous Swap buffs are disabled from proccing.
