why is warframe update so messed up?

i downloaded warframe again since 2 days now and the update is somehow decreasing its percentage...when its 80% or more it drops back to 60% or less and boots back up...and its taking forever to download for me to play...if anyone can help me please do...this thing wont download for nothing

Is there enough space on your thing? and if you're on mac there's pretty much no chance and your thing is stuck there 4ever

Well sorry other then trouble shooting or deleting contents and reinstalling cant't help you

It sounds like files are downloading an being found corrupt so it is having to download them again. I'd run error checking on the drive (under Tools in the drive properties).
