Taveuni : Endless Kuva mission extraction bug

I just completed a 41 minute kuva run on Taveuni with 3 other players. Everyone went to extraction, Lotus gave me a "well done tenno" it showed my warframe board my orbiter and and take off, But instead of the mission ending everyone was pulled back into the game we just finished at the extraction with a mission success screen and no way of exiting. Two players left the game after a few seconds but I was stuck with the host for 15 minutes until he decided to leave and the mission ended.

I also had this issue, except during the second sortie mission.  Progress was saved so I could go to the 3rd sortie after relaunching.
