Operator standing bug

I have been farming simaris standing on sedna-adaro and i decided to extract with my operator and god smited me for doing it.

I didnt get any standing. any at all. 

I did not even get the syndicate stats on the mission rewards screen.

I had this problem before arbitration fortuna and all that and it's still here.

DE please fix this.

edit:I would like to add that i cant use ciphers with operator as well
