Question

Simple.
I ignored POE when it came out, so, Zaw.
I tend to run a Arcane fury/Strike build for melee.
So, tryna figure out what would work the best here.
Not including plague, since who knows when those will be back.

Depends on your playstyle. Also, Plague Star came back three times this year, I believe; so you might find it won't be too long before it comes up again.

That being said:
Sepfahn, Shtung, Vargeet II Ruhang - Really slow attack speed, but maximizing damage and criticals, perfect for Berserker + Maiming Strike (and Arcane Fury/Strike)

And if you have access to the plague event, you can replace the Sepfahn with the Plague Kripath. They both work extremely well with maiming strike (spin to win), but the Sepfahn holds better when not resorting to it, where the Kripath shines in spin-to-win gameplay. Getting a riven for either is a huge boon, specially if it grants range.

I was going to offer in-depth calculations on which zaws are good for what but then I read your profile name.

I've been playing since before Trin was the most overpowered thing in the game.
So, go be toxic on someone else's post.

firstly what the #*!% is that formatting?

secondly, I recommend Zaw Heavy Blades, Polearms and Daggers, since they seem to work best.

I could ask what is your grammar, but did I? Well, yes, yes I did.

Well plague is indeed the best or at least it is in my opinion , but due to all the calculations and combinations it really ends up coming down to personal preference. What type of melee weapons do you like? Do you prefer Crit, Status or Bleed procs? Although this probably won't be very helpful I would recommend watching some Youtube videos so as to see the weapons people have made cause they tend to show their builds for them as well as testing so you can see it in action. Other then that I would say just experiment until you find something you truly enjoy.

1: Welcome to the internet, where grammar doesnt matter, but formatting does.

2: I hope ghouls attack you while youre fishing.

I mean, if ghouls are a problem for you.. I feel bad for you.
