Let Wukong's Iron Jab perform a slam attack

Basically title. Right now when you use Wukongs 1 in the air towards the ground it just does the animation, but if it performed a slam attack it'd have 2 awesome synergies with his Iron Vault augmentation.

1)  Make that 500% slam radius something that gets used with his 1 and isn't just used for jat kittag or glaive attacks

2)  Allow Wukong to have a unique movement pattern, vaulting around and aim gliding would make wukong unique for something other than being tough to kill.

I built Wukong after being sold on the description of the Iron Vault augmentation and feel like there was a bit of a missed opportunity is all.
