I'm not sure it's actually a bug, but as far as I remember for the Hidden Messages quest, you're supposed to guess what mission to run according to the message you get. So for the second part, I went to Calypso and there was a Kuva Siphon there, then this happened : https://puu.sh/C7mWN/77ba2c8802.jpg Is it supposed to work this way ? I don't remember having this choice the first time I did this quest. The mission was a 15 minutes survival by the way, though the regular mission was a sabotage.
