Controller look sensitivity.

I recently switched from an offbrand xbox controller to a brand-name PS4 controller, but the look sensitivity is totally unplayable. 

My character spins like a top when I touch the right stick. Changing the aim/look sensitivity (from the default 30) makes absolutly no diffrence. 0 is exactly the same as 100.

There's clearly some sort of error happening here, but I haven no idea what it is. 

 

Just to clarify, the Xbox 360 controller (Matcatz) worked fairly well, it just has a crappy shoulder button so I tried to upgrade, but the ps4 controller is unusable.
