Rain in Ceres makes it difficult to see enemies

I believe you can turn off the rain effect in the options. However, I do believe this is intended to make it harder to see them, just as if the grass might also get in the way making it harder to see the enemy. I've never let it become an issue for me and just dealt with it. Maybe you can try lowering some of your particles or other settings to see if it may help you if you are unable to cope the same as others.
