Problem with Purchase

I was trying to purchase Prime Vault accessories (Edo Prime! Finally!) with Paypal but it always failed after it opened a popup window to fatfoogoo. I also tried to purchase via Steam wallet but it returned a 403 error. Do any of you got the same error or is it just my problem?

Also, do you guys have a suggestion on how to troubleshoot this problem? Please exclude VPN from your suggestion because I don't want to get banned.

Disable Plugins, clear browser cache, try unsing another browser. 403 is something client-side
