So  I had the tiberon prime reciever as a reward from my relic and I got that award at the end of the fissure mission but when I checked my foundry the reciever bleuprint was not there . So do you need to have tiberon prime blueprint before stock or reciever blueprint. My current master rank is 5

Prime weapon parts do not have Blueprints, they're "built" already.

You get the parts fully build, but you need the BP for the gun to put the gun together.

Most prime guns Need a BP, Stock, Reciever and a barrel, alle those are drops from relics, and when you have all of them you can build the gun.

No, you didn't have the BP you got the fully build part.

If you look in you inventory, and search for Tiberon Prime you will find the fully build part in you inventory.

But your not going to see that part in you foundry until you have the BP for the entire gun.

Its not: tiberon prime receiver blueprint

Its just Tiberon Prime Receiver

Only Warframe parts (neuroptic/chassis/systems) come in blueprints, weapons have only 1 main blueprint and the rest are weapon parts.

If I recall right at the foundry and the components section (bottom right corner) you can see all available resources and all the available weapon parts too.
