Focus Tree Crash In Relays

I had posted this issue previously, but hadn't noticed any feedback/response, and the issue still persists.  When selecting a focus tree through the focus menu under arsenal - in any relay (including Maroo's Bazaar) - the menu doesn't fully load-in and completely locks up, requiring a force-close of the client.  I have recreated this issue every time, in every relay.  It's nice that we're able to access the focus menu through our arsenal now, but, as usual, one new feature results in one additional bug.  This is more of a problem since people tend to run ESO for focus experience, so a relay is the one place I'd want to view/alter my focus trees the most.
