Connection + Firewall Issues? UDP ports 4950 & 4955

Hello, I have been having a recurring problem with Warframe for PC. I constantly get the error "Please ensure your firewall permits UDP ports 4950 & 4955", and despite the fact that I have Warframe allowed to pass through my firewall AND I ALSO HAVE THOSE TWO PORTS FORWARDED ON MY ROUTER . Even tried forwarding TCP 6695 & 6699 as well and even then it's still not working at all. The problem will just randomly go away after awhile and then randomly comes back in. This has been on going for several months and I don't know how to fix this at all.

 

I also asked Warframe support about this and they haven't given me an answer to my problem. I even ran their diagnostic tool and gave them my logs and I still don't have an answer.
