0 Redeye
When cut in pieces, each limb counts as a corpse for Nekros' desecrate, butNova prevents corpses from being sliced with a slash weapon since ennemies explode when killed. So if you're using Nekros' 3 with a slash weapon, then Nova's 4 is going to lower your loot. On a side note: corpses that explode because they were killed under Nova's 4 remain desecrate-able for a few seconds even if you can't see them on screen. Know the timespan for a body to completely disintegrate: Grineer and Corpus corpses will disintegrate in 15 seconds. Infested corpses and Avalanched enemies will disintegrate in 5 seconds. Corpses from enemies affected with Molecular Prime or from Channeling kills will disintegrate in 3 seconds. Corpses from enemies affected with Miasma will disintegrate within a second. Enemies that do not leave bodies behind cannot be desecrated. So under normal circumstances you have 15 seconds to desecrate a body but mprime reduces that to 3 seconds. How much you think that matters is open to debate. EDIT - since you specifically called out ODD which is infested, the difference between the default 5 seconds and mprime's 3 seconds is not big. In this scenario I would come down on the side of no it doesn't matter personally. Edited November 27, 2018 by (PS4)Agent_CHAR
