doesnt affect, i have -punc on tombfinger and pax procs punc, im pretty sure its the same for catchmoon

Ive got status chance damage and multishot so Im not sure how well i can compare them.

Im not 100% sure whether it does or does not but I think its like exodia contagion on zaws.
