Argonak rifle: target highlighting isn't working for me

I was playing around with some of the Tennogen and the new Graxx skins, and wanted to create a sort of "Grineer" themed loadout.  I decided to use the Argonak rifle, but when I took it out onto the Plains I noticed that it's no longer putting the red outline around targets.  Is this happening for anyone else?  And is this an intentional change that I missed in the patch notes?  Or is it actually a bug?

What's your energy colour on your Argonak? If its black or something hard to see that might explain why.

Oh i was wondering if i had done something wrong.  No Outline for me either and i Never recolored it

Seems like they bugged on one of the Fortuna updates.

You can see a very thin red outline when zoomed so the highlight is probably coming out underneath the enemy.

I think (from reading forum bugs) that it was nerfed. The outline is there but we can't really see it (to thin).

default color settings.  It used to put a broad red highlight around the target, and now it's not doing that.  I never use black as an energy color.
