The Wiki can be filled with Stuff Players upload, there is ofc a few restriction:

you have to be MR15+

have tons of hours played

I could imagine something like this: you copypaste a text into the game, and a text to speech engine makes ordis tell you these things in a robotic-ordis voice when you have questions for something in the game. or maybe you could directly link the help system to the wiki itself?

would be more immersive to use a smart-watch on your powerframe to browse the wiki than to alt+tab to search it 😉

Not sure if you're aware but the Warframe Wiki has no association with DE and will therefore have no integration in the game.
