Incorrect attachment of Mortos Binds on nekros prime

the mortos binds attached on nekros prime‘s shoulders precisely 

since the  Irkalla Skin released

you see the mortos binds is attched at the same position on prime version as it on the normal verson

the mortos binds is hanging out of the prime warframe

 

the is a little bug but sustained for a year

although that I am using the irkalla skin with the irkalla chain now ，I still feel quite uncomfortable
