Bug of a phantom weapon?

So i was in another person's orbiter, when i saw a weapon that I can't identify in his foundry. It already looked built, so i asked him about it. He claimed that he didn't see anything, so i just moved on.

However, when I went back to the same guy's orbiter 3 days later, it was still there, looking really cool. Thought I would post it here, as it looks pretty interesting.

EDIT: I'm an idiot, yeah it's the Mire. I'm 99% sure he hasn't built one yet though, as he is MR4
