Archwing segment purchased bugged.

Hello! I purchased tuesday 27 of november 2018 the 178 plat archwing launcher segment from marketplace and i can't find it anywhere. Not in the foundry, not in gear, not in my entire inventory. I've restarted my game and nothing changed. Also i already had in foundry the archwing segment but it was not crafted yet because i did not had all resources. Can you help me? It could be a bug or i purchased the segmnet for nothing? Normaly the segment purchased from marketplace is the same, like i purchase it, then i have to collect resorces, craft it and only then i can use it or if i purchase it, then i can use it without any craft?
