Private messages showing in wrong tab

I've noticed that when dealing with multiple tabs in chat on PS4, when you receive a private message, it won't show up in a separate tab, but will show the reply with their username in the currently open tab.  This can be confusing and causes me to reply to the wrong person because their name is showing in the tab for a different person.For example, if I have a tab open from JohnDoe and I receive a message from JaneDoe, her message will first appear in the JohnDoe tab with her username in front of it.  This will also open a tab for her, but you could see how this would be confusing and cause me to reply to JohnDoe when I meant to reply to JaneDoe.

I think toggling the "Inline Messages" option might fix this.
