Can we get a "hide this message" button for hitting the riven cap?

Now, I'm not at the riven cap in the sense of I could buy riven slots. However when I'm sitting at 25/24 riven capacity and 22 of the rivens I don't even want, there's no reason to buy more slots. 

All this pop up does is make me want to dissolve rivens for the minimal amount of endo. Especially since transmuters don't drop from anything but the Hydrolyst. Sure I could probably sell rivens, but I'm not enabling trade chat again to try to sell them.

Also, yes I could hit "ask me later", but it'll just pop up after every single mission or visiting the mod station.

its here because youre over the cap, be happy you can keep it like this because before you HAD to dissolve one mod, there was no choice to decide it later
