Multiple tricks registering as copykavat since the update

I grind Ventkids rep by doing grind-flip-spin-grind-repeat, have since k-drives dropped. Since the update, though, a lot of times my spin-grind registers as copykavat over and over, which means they don't increase my multiplier. I tend to do a pretty minimum jump and bang the tricks out very quickly, since I have the jump boost mod. Since the update, it seems like if I don't charge my jump and take my time doing the tricks, they don't register as new tricks. I never had a problem with this prior to the update.

I'm not really sure why the grindy registering on air or whatever was a huge problem, but "fixing" it seems to have really fubared k-driving all around. We need a fix for the fix.
