Garuda visual bug with scars of arbitration sigil

I recently acquired the scars of arbitration and had alot of fun putting it on all my fashion frames. Yet when i got to my Garuda there was a weird oval shaped line right in the middle of her torso. I tried every other frame i had and while they all look different from each other non had the textures simply dissapearing. The line isnt fancy looking as if it was intended there. I have taken some screenshots where you see the sigil has 2 different settings yet the visual effect doesnt move from its fixed position.

Was about to post this as well. Also I think her own syndana clips into her butt on the noble stance.
