NPC's dialogue won't work

I just got a new pc and I wanted to play Warframe. So I transfered it from my old computer to the new one and now all the dialogue is weird. When I went to fortuna, what the NPCs were saying wasn't matching the subtitles. Next, people like the lotus and ordis who pop-up on the side of the screen would disappear instantly without saying anything. I'm wondering if there is a way to fix this, like somewhere i can only get the audio files or something without having to download the game again.(my internet is not that fast.)
