Merging Steam account achievements with in-game achievements

So here's an issue, most of my achievements aren't displayed on my steam profile (playtime as well), is there any way to "fix" it? I sent a ticket on Warframe support once, they said that I should try to run Warframe from Steam in 32bit mode and Dx9, and after launching the game it will try to merge achievements. The problem is I can only launch Dx9 mode from Steam, but not 32bit mode, any clue?

Launch warframe thru steam

in the first launcher that you see .. go to top right corner and look for the gear icon

open the popup with all the functions you can toggle

Toggle 64bit and press ok

restart steam and warframe 

Login to warframe

And if iam correct you can now sync with steam for the archievements

Last option to try

Login no mather what 

Search 1 archievement that can be easy obtained

( If iam correct .. some archievements will sync . if you are lucky every archievement you have opened will be showen )

It worked for me 

Not every archievement opened when they fixed it early but showed after you obtained an new archievement
